As Paul penned the words from his prison cell. If he had wifi, do think he’d jump on Facebook and complain about how mistreated he’s been? Do you think he would get into a bunch of arguments about Cesar and Roman politics? Do you think he would start a campaign exposing Alexander the coppersmith, and encouraging all Christians to openly protest against him? I don’t think so. It’s pretty clear that Paul’s faith led him to one conclusion. In the face of all the opposition, and all the worldly wrongs that he endured. He understood that all of life’s flow; the evil and the good. All of it was part of the determined wise counsel of the living God. Our bible study will explore this and more observations from Paul’s final words, in Paul’s final days.
